Welcome to the conference! To ensure a smooth and productive session, please follow these guidelines

Before the Presentation

1. Upload Your Presentation

- Please upload your presentation file at least 15 minutes before the start of your session.
- Ensure your file is in an accepted format (e.g., PowerPoint, PDF).

2. Check Equipment

- Arrive early to test the AV equipment and familiarize yourself with the setup.

During the Presentation

1. Timing

- Each presentation should last no longer than 15 minutes..
- Aim to cover the key points of your article clearly and concisely.

2. Q&A Session

- After your presentation, there will be a 3 minutes Q&A session..
- Encourage audience participation and be prepared to address questions.

No-show Policy Notes

1. No-Show Policy

- All accepted and registered paper must be presented on the event date according to the schedule announced. The paper without presenter shown up will be marked as "NO SHOW" and the manuscript will be excluded from submission to IEEE Xplore database.

2. Publishing Guidelines

- Presentations will not be published on IEEE Xplore or any other platform. This is to maintain the exclusivity of your work and the conference content.

Additional Tips

Engagement

Use visuals and examples to keep the audience engaged.

Clarity

Speak clearly and at a moderate pace. Avoid jargon unless necessary.

Practice

Rehearse your presentation to ensure you stay within the time limit.
